The producer talks about the upcoming magnum opus, Radha Krishn

Star Bharat is all set to offer its new show on TV. The channel is bringing the tale of Radha and Krishna to life all over again.

Set in five different locations crafted from the places described in mythology, the show is going all out to give viewers a grand visual experience. We got our hands on some more details from the producer of the show Siddharth Kumar Tewary himself and its rather interesting.

Turns out the show has been long in the making.

It took the producer years to get the concept ready and now we hear that they went the extra mile to get details in sync with the original mythological texts. When quizzed about the preparation, the producer said “We had a dedicated team of professionals. The show has a huge team of researchers to get the story right. We still have 4 in-house researchers.”

The makers had a team of 30 professionals initially to create the story for television. The dedication and attention to details is quite worthy of appreciation, as we have seen a number of shows on the iconic pair, but none so steadfast on the intricacies of the tale.

RadhaKrishna features Sumedh Mudgalkar and newbie Mallika Singh in lead roles and Reena Kapoor as Yashodha.
